Our Fundamental Truths

We Believe:

The Scriptures are inspired by God and declare His design and plan for mankind.
There is only One True God - revealed in three persons ... Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (commonly known as the Trinity).
In the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ. As God’s son, Jesus was both human and divine in His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, death on a cross, resurrection, and ascension.
Though originally good, man willingly fell to sin - ushering evil and death, both physical and spiritual, into the world.
Every person can have restored fellowship with God through ‘Salvation’ through the shed blood of Jesus Christ (trusting Christ, through faith and repentance, to be our personal Savior).
In water baptism by immersion after repenting of one's sins and receiving Christ's gift of salvation, and Holy Communion (the Lord's Supper) as a symbolic remembrance of Christ's suffering and death for our Salvation.
The Baptism of the Holy Spirit is a special experience following Salvation that empowers believers for witnessing and effective service, just as it did in New Testament times.
The initial physical evidence of the Baptism in the Holy Spirit is ‘speaking in tongues’, as experienced on the Day of Pentecost and referenced throughout Acts and the Epistles.
Sanctification initially occurs at Salvation and is not only a declaration that a believer is holy, but also a progressive lifelong process of separating from evil as believers continually draw closer to God and become more Christlike.
The Church has a mission to seek and save all who are lost in sin. We believe 'the Church' is the Body of Christ and consists of the people who, throughout time, have accepted God's offer of redemption (regardless of religious denomination) through the sacrificial death of His son Jesus Christ.
A divinely called and Scripturally ordained leadership ministry serves the Church. The Bible teaches that each of us under leadership must commit ourselves to reach others for Christ, to worship Him with other believers, to build up or edify the body of believers – the Church, and to meet human need with ministries of love and compassion.
Divine healing of the sick is a privilege for Christians today and is provided for in Christ's atonement (His sacrificial death on the cross for our sins).
In the Blessed Hope – when Jesus raptures His Church prior to His return to earth (the second coming). At this future moment in time, all believers who have died will rise from their graves and will meet the Lord in the air, and Christians who are alive will be caught up with them, to be with the Lord forever.
In the Millennial Reign of Christ when Jesus returns with His saints at His second coming and begins His benevolent rule over earth for 1,000 years. This millennial reign will bring the salvation of the nation of Israel and the establishment of universal peace.
A final judgment will take place for those who have rejected Christ. They will be judged for their sin and consigned to eternal punishment in a punishing lake of fire.
In the perfect New Heavens and a New Earth that Christ is preparing for all people, of all time, who have accepted Him. We will live and dwell there with Him forever following His millennial reign on Earth. 'And so shall we forever be with the Lord!'

Que las Escrituras son verbalmente inspiradas por Dios y son la revelación de Dios para el hombre, la regla infalible y autoritaria de fe y conducta.
En el único Dios verdadero revelado en tres personas… el Padre, el Hijo, y el Espíritu Santo (La Santa Trinidad)
En la deidad adorable de nuestro Señor Jesucristo. Siendo que el Hijo de Dios abarca lo divino y lo humano. En Su nacimiento virginal. Su vida sin pecado, y Sus milagros.
En la caída del hombre. Aunque originalmente el hombre fue creado bueno y justo; sin embargo, el ser humano por su propia voluntad cayó en transgresión, incurriendo así no sólo la muerte física sino también la espiritual, en el mundo.
En la salvación del hombre. Todos podemos tener la esperanza de la redención a través de la ‘salvación’ (confiando en Cristo, a través del arrepentimiento para con Dios y la fe en el Señor Jesucristo.
En el bautismo en agua. Las Escrituras establecen la ordenanza del bautismo en agua por inmersión. Todos los que se arrepienten y creen en Cristo como Salvador y Señor deben ser bautizados, y tambien en la Santa Communion (La Cena del Señor) un recordatorio símbolico de sus sufrimientos y su muerte por nuestra salvación.
En el bautismo en el Espíritu Santo. Todos los creyentes tienen el derecho de recibir y deben buscar fervientemente la promesa del Padre, el bautismo en el Espíritu Santo y fuego, según el mandato del Señor Jesucristo. Esta era la experiencia normal y común de toda la primera iglesia cristiana.
Que el bautismo de los creyentes en el Espíritu Santo se evidencia con la señal física inicial de ‘hablar en otras lenguas’ como el Espíritu los dirija, experimentado en el Dia de Pentecostes y referida por todo el libro de Los Hechos y las Epístolas.
Que la santificación es un acto de separación de todo lo malo, y de dedicación a Dios. Por el poder del Espíritu Santo podemos obedecer el mandato que dice: "Sed santos porque yo soy santo."
Que la Iglesia tiene la misión en buscar y salvar lo que se había perdido. Nosotros creemos que ‘la Iglesia’ es el cuerpo de Cristo, la morada de Dios por el Espíritu Santo, y que consiste de gente que por todo el tiempo han aceptado la redención ofrecida por Dios (sin tener en cuenta denominación religiosa) a travéz de la muerte y sacrificio de Su Hijo, Jesucristo
En ministerio. Nuestro Señor ha provisto un ministerio divinamente llamado y ordenado con el triple propósito de dirigir a la iglesia en: la evangelización del mundo; la adoración a Dios y la edificación de un cuerpo de santos, para perfeccionarlos a la imagen de su Hijo.
En sanidad divina. La sanidad divina es una parte integral del evangelio. La liberación de la enfermedad ha sido provista en la expiación y es el privilegio de todos los creyentes.
En la Esperanza Bienaventurada - La resurrección de los que han muerto en Cristo y su arrebatamiento junto con los que estén vivos cuando sea la venida del Señor es la esperanza inminente y bienaventurada de la Iglesia.
En el reino milenario de Cristo. La segunda venida de Cristo incluye el rapto de los santos, que es nuestra esperanza bienaventurada, seguido por el regreso visible de Cristo con sus santos para reinar sobre la tierra por mil años. Este reino milenario traerá la salvación de Israel como nación y el establecimiento de una paz universal.
Que habrá un juicio final en el que los pecadores muertos serán resucitados y juzgados según sus obras. Todo aquel cuyo nombre no se halle en el Libro de la Vida, será confinado a sufrir castigo eterno en el lago que arde con fuego y azufre, que es la muerte segunda, junto con el diablo y sus ángeles, la bestia y el falso profeta
En los cielos nuevos y la tierra nueva. "Pero nosotros esperamos, según sus promesas, cielos nuevos y tierra nueva, en los cuales mora la justicia"
